We highly recommend John Christopher Construction. We had 3 other companies bid the job. They were not the highest bid or the lowest, but they were the guys with the positive attitude. The challenges our remodel presented were not an issue for them, but met with reasonable solutions and a “not a problem attitude”. They did beautiful work. They were always there when promised. The communication couldn’t have been better. Travis and all of John’s crew were respectful, professional and hard working guys. It honestly couldn’t have gone better. We are so pleased with the outcome and the painless process. I don’t see how anybody would ever be disappointed with choosing John and his team!

Pleased with the work so far, however still waiting for the completion of the remaining work to be completed. Workers were kind, neat and prompt.

I have financed several ADU's that these guys have built, and my clients all love their work. I send people who ask me about ADU's to them as well. They are not only good builders but high-quality people as well. I can't recommend them enough.

Chris is in the process of building our ADU. He is a great communicator, prompt, explains everything in detail, has a lot of patience and does quality work. He is very organized, gives me updates on any charges that he has gone over with me, his billing is very detailed and accurate and prompt. His crew is friendly, polite and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a honest, professional, talented contractor. I will use him again for any future projects as he is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'm leaving this review about 10 months after work has been completed. Chris and his team did our commercial floors, commercial bathroom remodel, some plumbing, and other repairs. They were wonderful to work with and, most importantly, the work has held up! We can't thank them enough for helping us prepare for our special opening day. Thank you Chris!!

So happy with John Frize and Christopher Manos from John Christopher Construction's work on my new build ADU that I had them return almost immediately to tackle the main bath in my house. They converted a tub into a walk in shower according to my vision. No mansplaining, just open communication to make the changes I wanted. We had an absolutely fabulous experience with John Christopher Construction! My backyard remodeling project has been quite the task over the last few years, and installing a prefab gazebo was the final element of my masterpiece. John Christopher construction came highly recommended by my architect, and Chris Manos is an absolute delight to work with. The entire team is prompt, professional, attentive, polite, and extremely talented. They were able to install permanent concrete support footing blocks to ensure maximum stability of the structure, and they put the whole thing together in a matter of several days. Had the best experience working with John and his team. I had cabinets installed to my garage and it truly made the aesthetics much more vibrant and well put together.
