John Christopher Construction is a company founded by John Frize and Chris Manos in 2017. John previously ran his own general contracting company for 6 years, specializing in commercial remodels and structural concrete. Chris previously worked for his father’s construction company as the lead project manager, specializing in commercial remodels.
Chris also has real estate marketing experience and understands the industry, especially the importance of great communication, giving him an advantage when working with property managers, RE agents, and clients. We have two divisions which allows us to operate efficiently and provide an all around service and maintenance for our clients.
John Christopher Construction is a general contractor (CA Contractor License #1001495) that focuses on medium and large commercial remodel projects and tenant improvements (TI). We believe in great communication and delivering a quality product on time which has continued to get us repeat commercial clients and referrals.
